One thing I'm learning the more time I experiment with this EL Score idea is that the higher the EL Score, maybe the more chop is implied. To me, I'm viewing the EL Score as kind of a relative strength (RSI) metric. So the higher the EL Score, like ESTC (94!) this week, that might mean that the stock has a higher likelihood to chop. We've seen this the past few weeks with stocks like GLOB just last week which had an EL Score of over 80 and it couldn't move more than 10% on the day after earnings. With that in mind, here are the stocks I'm personally looking at this week for strangles : PDD, TCOM, WSM, ODD, WIX.
